It means Death Certificate. Sorry about that I have a tendency to get lazy about typing everything out. I had some Tatman's in my line from Ross County. hey, look at all the spellings. I'll bet I have found ours in every variant spelling.Be sure to look at familysearch labs. You'll find DC's, census, and lots of valuable free info.
