Lookup: Emily BARROWS marriage 1860-1868 to WALTON

Am looking for further information regarding my father's family. His grandmother, E.S. Walton shows up in the Buffalo, Putnam County, West Virginia 1880 census as a widow with five (5) children ranging in age 12 to 4. One of these children, Arthur Byron, is my grandfather. E.S. only appears in this WV 1880 census. By 1900, the three(3)females are still in West Virginia, the oldest married [Ella Renner],with the other two [Fannie and Flora] living with them. By this time, my grandfather is in Minnesota. Don't know what happened to the other male, Frank. Know that this is my family, because I am own a photo of the "Walton" gang taken in Buffalo, WV which lists all 5 names.

Reason for looking in Athens County. Ella's death certificate states that she was born 1868 in Hockingport, Ohio. Arthur's obituary lists him being born 1871 in Athens County, Ohio.

There is another Walton family in the WV 1880 census, same location, so I wonder if E.S. moved there when her husband died to be close to his brother.

When mentioned, birth state of E.S. and her husband,is Ohio. Have been unable to find birth, marriage or death information for either E.S.and her husband or birth records of Ella and Arthur. Ohio did not require birth registry until 1867, and it wasn't immediately implemented.

Any help with this request is greatly appreciated.
