I am seeking the maiden name of Louisa G. (unknown) who m. Sheldon Ashley Mack (1898 - 1990). I have followed this family through US Census Records and other resources avalable on Ancestry.com.

I am also seeking the name of his sister's (Hazel Agnes Mack 1902 - d. unknown) spouse. Hopefully I might also be able to connect with a family member interested in research. In any case, if you might be able to provide some information your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

HISTORY:

Ezekiel Sheldon (1793 - 1875) is Sheldon Family Association S6162 (reference) and he m. Edith Sawin (1805 - 1890). Of their four children (3 daughters interred in same cemetery under maiden names), their fourth child was a son Homer Sheldon (1842 -1914) who m. Diantha Merriman (1843 - 1927).

Homer & Diantha (Merriman) Sheldon had a daughter named Alta A. Sheldon (1862 - 1948) who m. Ashley A. Mack (1853 - 1913). They had two children Sheldon Ashley Mack (1898 - 1990) and Hazel Agnes Mack (1902 - unknown). According to my research, Sheldon Mack married Louisa G. ______ 1903 - 1962). They are interred in Chestnut Grove Cemetery near Ashtabula.

Thank you in advance.

Sincerely,

Jack Sheldon, Jr.
