I am looking for probate records for Thomas Harvey in about 1849 to 54. We know he died in Cattaurugus Co. NY. in 1849, but also know that he may have owned land in Ashtabula Co. Ohio. He did own land in St Joseph Co. Mi. and they probated that in 1853. He was in Ashtabula Co. in the 1840 census and his son William K. Harvey was married there in 1841. He was also living ther in 1845 when he filed for his RW pension. If anyone can help me I will appreciate it.
