Thanks for your reply. It appears as though your Lila Woodworth was the daughter of Lathrop Woodworth and Josephine, per the 1880 census. Lathrop was the son of Elijah, who was the son of Lathrop and Mary (Polly) Ball.
The info from the 1880 census for their children--Emma 10; Henry 8; Sarah 6; Lila 4; Lathrop 2; Nellie 1.
Also per the 1880 census: there was a George Phelps, 10, living in Girard, Erie Co, PA With parents J. Orlando 39, and Mary 30; siblings Edith 12; and Glenn 9 mos. Sister-in-law Emma Gillette was living with them. Per census, both Mary and Emma were born in Wisconsin.
I'm sure there is a connection generations back with both Phelps and Woodworth; just wish I could find Nancy Jane's parents.
Hope this helps you in your research.
