Maney-Meaney\Ireland\NY\Ohio-1862

I am looking for descendants of Michael Maney who came to the U.S. in 1852 with his wife Bridget and his four sons. They lived first in New York then moved to Ashtabula County, Ohio. Michael apparently came here with a brother named Patrick. They lived close to each other in New York and both bought farms in Ohio on the same day, November 6, 1862. It appears that there may have been more than just the two families that moved to Ohio, though, because there are a lot of Maney/Meaneys that we can not identify yet as to which family or brother they belong to. Michael died in 1899 in Ashtabula Ohio, and is buried in the Oakdale Cemetery in Jefferson, Ashtabula County, Ohio. Dianne Finch
