I made a spur of the moment trip to a nearby town, which has a genealogy department in their library. I came across this book, "Oakdale Union Cemetery, Jefferson, Ohio, Burial Records 1815-1980". I found, Apolonia Szadkowski, age 81,died Sept 7, 1948, cerebal hemorrhage, buried in section 11, lot 11. Elmer Szadkowski, died June 8, 1935, age 39, died of T.B., there was a column "remarks" and under it was "spelling W.W.1", veteran, yes, buried section 11, lot 11. Ludwig Szadkowski, age 63, died July 8, 1930, apoplexy, buried section 11, lot 11.
Also found a book, "Burial Records, St. Joseph Calasanctins Church, Jefferson, Ohio 1880-1943". Ludwig Szadlowski, age 63, died July 8, 1930, Jefferson, Ohio, buried Oakdale Cemetery, Jefferson, Ohio. Priest, John H. Frey.
I guess the gentleman that I talked to at the cemetery, really missed the records for Szadlowski. I didn't have your notes with me and I could not remember the other names. I hope to get back there in the next week or two and will check the other names for you.
This is Ludwig's obit that I found in The Jefferson Gazette, Saturday, July 12, 1930, front page.
