Some old obituaries and death notices can be found on the Ashtabula County GenWeb site [in several sections]:

A site search should give you all but the most recently submitted articles. The search engine, however, does NOT always pick up survivors and other individuals mentioned in the obits.
Also, a couple of the funeral homes post a few obits on their sites [links on Ashtabula GenWeb].
