I'm most interested in the family of Robert and Catherine Meeker who came from Schoharie County, New York with their children Pamelia, Ira, Daniel, Sallie and Roswell about 1807. I believe that two last children were born in Ashtabula County (probably Harpersfield). They were Robert and Austin Meeker.
Several other families seem to have moved to Harpersfield from Schoharie, NY: Hartwell, Bartholomew, Atkins, Ritter and Sprague and they all married those Meeker children between 1820-1844.I think the Hartwells and Bartholomews may have been cousins and I think there was more inter-marriage between those families, too.
