Myra
I live in Detroit, Mi. My father relocated from Stovall Meriwether County to LaGrange-Troup County to Detroit, Michigan. He stayed home sick and traveled to Georgia quite a bit. I oftened traveled with him and spent a lot of my early childhood with my Grandmother Ruth Ogletree- Wilson Stovall. The family bible was destroyed in a fire and I'm just going on family stories. I do know that my grandmother's father was Moses Ogletree and he was the son of Abe and Mary Ogletree. One of Moses's brother was Adam Ogletree and his decendants did a lot of research and shared their information. That's how I learned that Abe's father was a prominate Ogletree and he and his brother Samuel worked on and his moter was an Indian Squaw. Some have said her name was Harriet.
