Debbie what a great post!!!!! Even if you do not solve the mystery it was some of the best reading I have seen in ages.
That David did have a son Henry (Harry?) so it must be him huh.
Whisky and the Ogletrees it seems has always been connected. When I was growing up in LaGrange, Ga the number one bootlegger in Troup County at the time was a ....... yep, you guessed it - an Ogletree.
