I think the information is in Ptomeys book, you might check with a library in Caswell County, North Carolina, I am a member of the DAR with John as one of my four Patriots.

I went in as John Ogletree, Jr as my second ancestor, however now we have proven that my ancestor is in fact Abaslom Ogletree born in North Carolina died in Fayette County,Georgia now Spalding County, wish I had gotten Mr. Ptomey to write a letter for me to send to the DAR saying he was changing our ancestor from John Jr. to Abaalom, I think he did put that information on a CD and stupid me didn't think to get one. If there is any one on the board that can copy that information off for me, it sure would save me a lot's of time.

John Ogletree was captain of the Patrollers in Caswell County, North Carolina, I think this information is in one of there Heritage Books.
