Hi Bev,
I have in my tree a Harriet Ogg. She was born 1842 in Sewickley Twp, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. Westmoreland County borders Fayette County. Harriet's older sister Elizabeth married Hiram Jordan of Fayette County. I descend through Harriet & Elizabeth's brother John P Ogg. Their parents are Joseph & Matilda Ogg of Sewickley twp (near Hermine, Pa). Joseph & Matilda are my gr gr gr grandparents. I don't know if it is the same Harriet or not. I have Harriet in the 1850 census & 1860 census living with her parents in Sewickley Twp. Joseph & Matilda had 6 children. Elizabeth b-1836 d-1885, George b-1838 d-1864, Susan b-1840 nfi, Harriet b-1842 nfi, Kesiah b-1845, and John P b-1849 d-1923.
