On a visit to Scotland 18 months ago, I found many more Ogg listings in the Edinburgh (population less than 1 million) phone book than here in Houston where we have a total population in excess of 4 million. Scotland's total population is only about 5 million, so I would venture to say that Ogg is much more common today in Scotland than it is in the U.S.
