By chance do you know anything about the Andrew F. Ogg that married Debby Carr in Athens County on February 7, 1850. Maybe who his brothers and sisters were or even parents. Possibly who he was married to before Debby. When they married she was 28 and he was 42. Family stories say he was married and had children prior to his marriage to Debby. I have ran accross many Andrew Ogg's but have been unable to pinpoint which Andrew he was before his marriage to Debby. On the 1850 Athens County, Ames Township census it shows that there was a William Ogg who was 18 at the time living with them. I am assuming this may be a son from his privious marriage. I figured I would ask, maybe you had run accross this couple somewhere.
Andrew and Debby had two confirmed sons Ancil A. Ogg (or Andrew A.) and Samuel Carleton Ogg. Our family comes from Samuels line. They both ended up in Washington State.
Any help would be great!
Stacy I. Ogg
