Hi, Dixie,
Your cousin (?) from Southwest Washington--Vancouver--is wondering where in NW Oregon you are. My gggrandmother was the elusive Ruth Ann Ogg, born 15 March 1821, married Thomas King Harper, 12 Sept 1839 in Perry County, Ohio. She died in 1853, probably in Perry County. They had five children, Jane C., Thomas Virgil, Ruth A., Asa C., Phebe A.

This is all I know about the Oggs. I am as bewildered as you are! My mother researched her family for years but this is all the info she found on the Oggs. This is my first visit to the Ogg Family page and when I have more time to search, there may be answers here.
