I noticed that you are looking for Eli Ogden, and mentioned that he had a child Ambrose. I have been looking for information on Ambrose married to Mary Shannon and living around Baltimore. He would be my gg grandfather, his daughter, my g grandmother being Rose.
I found a good deal of Ogden information in a book called Quakers in America. Perhaps that may be a source for you. In that book most Ogdens seemed to be in NY. Much info is on line from that source. Please answer me directly at fancytoo@aol.com. Thanks in advance for your time.
