Re Obadiah and Gilbert Ogden---I made a serious mistake in accepting what I found in the Mormon ancestral file showing both as born 1764,sons of Gilbert and Mary Ogden.Neither of these is in my direct line,but I have been filling in what I find regarding other decendants of John Ogden "of Rye".I should have checked this closer prior to passing it on.I did check further and found in Obadiahs Rev. war pension abstract that he is shown as born 1754.The 1840 census confirms this as he is shown as between 80-90 yrs of age.Regarding Gilbert,his application in 1840 shows his age as 76,hence born 1764.I hope this clears this up.Regarding your Benjamin,I am sorry to say,I have nothing.
