Several of us have had our DNA tested. The results are posted in http://www.familytreedna.com/public/ogan/
This shows that several lines are closely related, but two more lines appear to be unrelated. One of the lines (Samuel Ogan) is beig retested. John of Tennessee is not a match.
The John Ogan line of VA>KY>MO (my line) is closely related to the line of Peter and Phamy Ogan (Emily Aulicino's line) and that of Evan and Susanna Fritter Ogan (Sharon Ogan's line).
We would still appreciate to have more Ogan males tested in each line to further confirm these results. We have some money available to help people out who cannot afford the whole test analysis sequence.
Remember, this is still a forum for all those seeking OGAN information. Several of us have a lot of information on the Ogan families in America.
