Marie,
Using William's birthdate, it would make him around 14 in the 1850 census. I do have a William, age 14, in the 1850 Ohio census for Guernsey County. But he is the son of Peter, Lee's brother, or, he is at least living with Peter. But I believe he is Peter's son. This William was married to Drusilla Bell, and they were divorced after he returned from the Civil War, and he moved to Michigan for a while, remarried, and eventually ended up in Washington state. The only Ogans with a Pa. connection I have are an Evan O. b. abt 1802 in Pa. and d. in Mo.; a John O. b. 1836 in Pa., with no Harry anywhere with him; and a C. C. O., b. abt 1844 in Pa., who does have a son Harry D., b. 1876. This is all I have at the moment. If you have William's death date, perhaps there would be an obit somewhere. Sharon
