VANVACTER, Solomon
Will [undated]: 80 acres in Missouri to son Cyrus if he chooses to move there, rest of estate divided amongst other children and they to support mother; upon her death Cyrus gets 40 additional acres in Missouri, friend Mason CHAMBLIN named Exor. Witnesses: E. A. Love, Richard JAMES. Received in court 14 Apr 1851. Exor Mason CHAMBLIN. $6000 bond, security Thomas ROGERS. [2F:203]

Wednesday, 3 October 1860 Vol. VI, No. 3
Died: At home in Princeton, Mercer Co Va, on the 18th of August 1860. Mrs. Elizabeth A. ASHWORTH, aged 29y 7m 11d, of consumption. She was the daughter of Solomon and Charity VANVACTOR, formerly of Loudoun, where she was born and raised. On the 13th of September 1852 she married Mr. Granville H. ASHWORTH, of Mercer Co. Va. Member of the Methodist Church.
