Hi Betty-
I am not up on the Austin line, a family member(now deceased) was working on it. She gave me a copy of some of her info, she did note that the marriage of Eliz. Burgess Offutt(b 17 Feb 1765) to Alex. Austin needed documentation. I do not have any info on the Austin line except a bible notation "The mother of Charity Austin was of the Offutt line. There were relatives too by the name of Owen." I do not have this bible, it was owned by a cousin. The info in that bible was copied by my aunt in 1926 and the paper was in poor condition then. The info is supposed to be contained in film 0862003, LDS Family History Library in Salt Lake City, UT. I do have some info on the Offutt, Vanvacter and Owen lines that may interest you, I hate to see it not used by someone. Let me know at perryjenks@yahoo.com.
