Have recently foudn a West Virginia Death certificate for a Frank M. Offutt who died in Williamson, Mingo County, WV. According to the certificate he was the son of Frank Offutt, mother's name unknown. Frank M. is listed as being born Oct 13, 1888 in MD. Would like to know if this is in fact Francis Montgomery Offutt Jr., son of Francis Montgomery and Alice Virginia (Seymour) Offutt. Any help appreciated.
