I noticed your request for information on the Offutt line for a friend, Ray Offutt. You have mentioned Thomas W. Offutt, who married Mary Jane Pendley, Thomas Denton Offutt, who married Susan Ann Boyd. Also mentioned is Samuel Boyd Offutt, who married Ruby Dee Barton. Is your Ray Offutt the the grandson of Samuel Boyd Offutt and Ruby Dee Barton? I descend from the sister of Samuel Boyd Offutt. I can help with his information.
