I'm researching George W. WALKER mar. Margaret Cook OFFICER.
on 22 NOV 1849 probably in Overton Co. TN.
Migrated to Carroll Co. AR @ 1850-52.

Margaret Cook (Officer) WALKER; b. 27 March 1829, TN
died 18 August 1898, near Osage, Carroll County, AR.
Daughter of Robert OFFICER b.20 April 1788, Henry Co. VA;
who died 20 March 1847, Putnam Co.TN; married to Zillah WILLIAMS
Robert OFFICER, son of James OFFICER and Margaret COOK.

Ran across this recently on rootsweb which shows a MAYES connection to
this Margaret Cook (Offficer) WALKER.
