My Uncle was Edward Oelke(1917-1939)who was married to Hilda Fitzekam, my mother's sister. Ed Oelke was a World War II, vet, holder of the bronze star and purple heart. He was born near Nebraska City, resided in Nebraska City until his death. The Father of 6 children living in the Nebraska City area.
