Carl,
I would be very interested in seeing the newspaper of which you speak. Would it be possible to get a copy, or scan the copy you have?
My father was Elmer Oehler, his father was Albert Henry Oehler, mother Ruth Katherine Smith of Kansas. I have limited information on the Oehler line but am trying to find out more. Any info you can share would be appreciated. If I can be of assistance please feel free to ask.
