On the same day that Isham Moore sold 300 acres of Matthew Singleton's grant to Abraham PettyPool, born 1752, Abraham sold 277 acres of the Matthew Singleton to William Bracey. I do not know which tracts these are (or if the same one).

1800 August 14 - Abraham Pettypool of Claremont Co SC , planter , to William Bracey of said county and state, 277 acres being part of a tract granted to Matthew Singleton 16 July 1784 , more fully described by a plat annexed. Consideration:155pounds sterling. Signed Abraham PettyPool ( x) ( seal)
Witness: Isham Moore, ekiel Evans . Release of all estate and interest and claim of dower in the above premises , signed by Sarah Pettipool, before John Greening -28 Feb.1801/2 Proved by Esekiel Evans before John Horan, JP August1800: Recorded 27 May 1803 . ( Plat shows land of Abraham Gidden, Thomas Odle, Thomas Odle Sr. and Matthew Singleton.
