I am searching for information about the origins of Henry Odor, father of Joseph Benson Oder. Henry Odor married Margaret Blakemore July 6, 1840 in Frederick County Md. He and Margaret were listed in the 1840 and 1850 Page County Va. Censuses (pp. 180 and 320 respectively). Page County is in the Shenandoah Valley. Luray Va. is in that county. They were listed in the 1860 Warren County Va. Census with a Front Royal P.O. (page 974, ancestry.com image no. 32). Warren County borders Rappahannock County on its western side, so Henry lived within 30 or 40 miles of Smith Odor and his family in that time frame. Henry's children were listed in 1860 as Jos B., James E., Charles W., Mary A.R., Margaret, and Fannie V. Based on his age as listed in the census records, Henry was born about 1815. It seems logical to me that he should tie in to the line of Joseph Odor from Fauquier County Va, but I have found no connection. Does anyone have any information (or speculation) about Henry Odor's parents?
