Thank you for sharing your family information. I have very little Oden information. What I do have does not go beyond North Carolina or the early 1800s, so there is not enough to make a connection with your Odens at this point.
I have done a lot of research on my Griffin line. My Griffins migrated from North Carolina to California about 1916. Mattie Lee is not a name I have seen in my line so far.
If I come up with anything that helps make a connection, I'll let you know.
