Hello, I don't know if you're still looking or if my info is of any use. My grandmother's name was Mattie Lee Griffin Jacobs Oden. She married my grandfather William Arthur Oden Sr. sometime around 1918-1919. My father was born born in March 1920, and is still alive today. This was a second marriage for Mattie Lee, and the first for my grandfather. He came from Arkansas, and I'm not sure where she came from. They married and lived in Dallas, Texas for the rest of their lives. My dad and our family live in Albuquerque, NM, and Prescott, AZ. I found a lot of information about the Oden's by googling the name in Arkansas. My dad remembered going to visit relatives there when he was a child. If you need more info just email me back. I don't have all the records in front of me or I would give you more. There could be some relationship there, I just don't know. I don't know that much about my grandmother's life but would like to know more if it's the same family.
