You can look at Curtis and Bertha's 1921 marriage record for free at: http://www.wvculture.org/vrr/va_select.aspx

You can also look at Andrew Jackson O'Dell's 1947 and Cecelia's 1961 death certificates at the same website. Unfortunately for Andrew it does give the parents' names. Cecelia's father was Jimmy Smolder. Her mother's name was unknown. Their obituaries may list siblings which would help to confirm who their parents were. You'll also find their son Burley O'Dell DC which shows Andrew Celia were born in Quick, VW.

Here are some people working on the same family: http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=Search&includedb=&lang=en&ti=&surname=o%27dell&stype=Exact&given=andrew&bplace=&byear=1863&brange=0&dplace=&dyear=&drange=0&mplace=&myear=&mrange=0&father=&mother=&spouse=&skipdb=&period=All&submit.x=Search
I believe Celia's parents were actually John Smolder and Barbara Rice. They appear in the 1880 census in Hampton Twp., Allegheny County, PA under the spelling of Smoulter with their daughter Cecelia 10. Later the family moved to Kanawha County, WV. While John and Barbara were born in PA their parents were both born in Bavaria.

The John Smudder 15 who is listed with Francis Smudder 46 and Elizabeth 40 living in Indiana Twp, Allegheny County, PA in 1850 may be the same as John. The parents were born in Germany.

I couldn't find John's Dc in the above WV database but Barbara's is there. It indicates her father was Henry Rice.

The 1850 census again from the same Indiana Twp shows Henry Rice 55, Margret 46 and Barbara 9. Again the parents were born in Germany. The surname Rice in German would be pronounced more like Reka than the grain rice.

Some of these records you can look at for free at labs.familysearch.org and Ancestry.com. For those you cannot see for free I suggest checking with your local libraries to see if they have Ancestry or Heritage Quest.
