I have reason to believe various persons, including me, have mixed the children of these two couples - and possibly scrambled the couples themselves, if indeed Simon & Elizabeth and Simon & Mary Elizabeth were two separate couples.
SUPPOSEDLY:
Simon Odell b c1787 TN (s/o Caleb Odell Abigail Plumley) md his cousin:
Elizabeth Odell, (d/o Isaac Odell & Abigail Plummer)
Given the similarity of the names "Abigail Plumley and Abigail Plummer" makes me wonder about this.
Simon Odell b c1785, s/o Isaac Odell & Abigail Mansfield is the one said to have md Mary Elizabeth Turner.
