Hi I seen your messages and was wondering if any of your Odell's was from around Stueban or Otsego counties? My grandfather Claude Odell b.1903 m.Emma Knowles. Claude's father was William Odell b.1867 d. 1949 m. nettie Sprague in either 1896 or 1897. William and Nettie had 10 kids but I only have 7 listed Anna(f), Shirley(m),Claude(m), Elijah (m), Jessie(f), peter(m) and Mildred(f). i have nothing beyond William except that he died by strangulation by hanging in Bath NY.these Odell's and Knowles are hard to find and I am having no luck. Any help would be appreciated. Does it sound familiar to you?
