Hi Blaine, I'm sorry I can't help you with your search, wish I could. But, I'm wondering if you have more recent information about the O'Connell's.
Back in the 1959-1960 time period I worked with a women in Boston, named Dorothy O'Connell, she came from Lawrence MA, and when I saw your message I thought---well maybe--there would be one chance in a million you'd know her or of her.
If you do know here, she'd be about 78-79 today I believe, and if you feel you can, would you e-mail me her address. I'd love to write to her, You can tell her that we worked togethers for Stone & Websters That should trigger memories I hope.
