Did find one possible date of birth of related family, of Mary Jane Kirby, b Ireland, wife of Patrick Kelley, b Ireland.

obit exerpt:
Mary's maiden name was Kirby and she was born in Ireland, January 14th, 1808, of respectable parentage, her father being a prominent merchant. She united in marriage with Patrick Kelley, July 8th, 1824.

Edward J Kelley, was son of Patrick Kelley and Mary Kirby, and
his wife Bridget O'Connell.
Patrick Kelley could have been from Counties Armagh or Monaghan.
