Hi rosalie,

Many thanks indeed for your reply - my O'Connell and Cronin connections are a little far apart but we are definitely related via the O'Connells (my 5Great Grandmother was Mary/Elizabeth O'Connell, the daughter of Alicia who was second cousin to Daniel).

My Cronins are the area of the greatest frustration for me! All I know for sure is that they are from Park, Killarney
and that my 4Great Grandfather, Michael Cronin, married a Mary Coppinger (probably around 1800).

Are your Cromins any relation I wonder?

Best wishes

Peter
