Seeking information on the OCHS families of Niagara and Tonawanda NY- especially descendants of GEORGE OCHS and ODELIA KNAB.
Joseph Born ~1833, George ~1835 and Andrew Jr. ~1848 are sons of Andrew Ochs b. 1808 Baden and wife Martina GOHN.
George Ochs married Odelia KNAB b. 1836. Odelia's father Martin Knab was born in Unzhurst Baden Germany and immigrated to Kenmore, Nordbush NY around 1831. Our Knab ancestral line has been traced back to the late 1500's in Unzhurst.
1860 census- George and Delia are living in Niagara Falls next door to his brother Joseph Ochs/carriage maker and wife Barbara.
1870 census- George Ochs/hotel laborer and Otild have 3 children, Clara 8, Henry 5/ born 1865, and Frank 2. Village of Niagara.
1900 cenus- Niagara- Henry, b 1865 + Kate b 1863. No children.
1910 census- Niagara. George's son Henry Ochs is a widower, proprietor in a harness shop, with a daughter Clara Ochs born 1903, age 7. Seeking information on Clara's marriage and family.
1920 census- Niagraa Falls, Ward 11. I found a Clara M Ochs 17 years, living with relatives I cannot identify.
1880 census- Andrew Ochs Jr. is living in Tonawanda with his widowed mother Martina Gohn Ochs, and sister Barbara Ochs. Andrew Jr. and wife Mary have a son Frank.

1880 Tonawanda Census- I found:
John Ochs born 1816 Baden + Josephine. Hellen 22 + George 17.
Joseph Ochs 1831+Amelia 1846. relation to others? (1900 they are in Niagara with a daughter Henrietta b.~ 1882 when mother Amelia is ~ 49 years old!
John Ochs 1847 + Mary, son John b.~1878 (son of John 1816)
Andrew Ochs Jr. 1848/1851 + Mary, son Frank b.~1879 (son of Andrew Ochs 1808).
