Could be a tie. I have no objective data. Since my great grandmother, Anna Neeff was born in 1848 to Chrisitina/Anna Ochs and Johann Neeff in Phildelphia (both born in Germany)that would place the birth in Germany about 1820's. Johann was said by my Great Grandmother to operate an immigrant houe in Phila where new arrivals stayed before moving to other locations. Do you have any identification of Ochs siblings?
