What I've been able to verify as yet is...
William Henderson O'Briant b. Dec 1866 Patterson, Orange Co., NC., s/o William H. O'Briant b. Oct 1840 Bushy Fork, Person Co., NC and Nancy E. Whitfield b. Dec 1841 Person Co., NC. William is the oldest of 7 children that I'm aware of.
William passed away in Durham Co., NC where he and his wife spent most of their days raising 7 children
Callie E.; Lula V.; Dennis L.; Annie E.; Albert Lee; William Ralph; Alton Theodore O'Briant.
Eva Callie Dupree b. Mar 1867 Wake Co., NC., 4th child of Obadiah Patrick Dupree and Elizabeth Martha Weatherspoon/Witherspoon m. Dec 16, 1857 Wake Co., NC
I have further information concerning the O'Briant lineage should you be interested but I have little concerning Dupree.
