From this info on WorldConnect, there is a Nancy O'Briant in the Texas Death Certificates who died in Bexar County in 1920. Mother of Joseph/Josiah?

Oh yes, Walter/wife Ethel and daughters Dorothy and Lorene were living in El Paso on the 1920 Texas census.
