83, Indianapolis, died Feb. 22. She was a preschool teacher for 45 years, retiring in 1991. She volunteered for St. Matthew Catholic Church, St. Andrew the Apostle Thrift Shop and St. Vincent Hospice. She founded and directed It's a Small World day-care center at the church. She was a 1986 graduate of Western Michigan University. Memorial contributions may be made to Bishop Chatard High School. Services: Feb. 26 at 10:15 a.m. in Feeney-Hornak Keystone Mortuary and 11 a.m. in St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, of which she was a member. Calling: 4 to 8 p.m. Feb. 25 in the mortuary. Burial: Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, Fishers. She was the widow of Chester C. Mark. Survivors: children Joan M. White, Robert J., Gregory P., Daniel J. Mark, Susan M. McCusker, Elizabeth A. Hurrie; brother Gerald Newsham; 24 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
