I have used this book in my research. I am sure it is in our local library, but in its "Special Collection" which is not available via inter-library loan.
There is the possibility that they also have it at the Mennonite Heritage Center. If so, they will do research for you for a fee. I have also used another Oberholtzer Book at the Heritage Center.
