Oberdorf's In Mifflinburg cemetery

I spent a couple of hours in Mifflinburg cemetery today looking for John Christian Oberdorf. No luck. His will states he wants to be buried there by his wife. Mary Lontz's book of union county tombstone inscriptions says Sarah, w/o John, is buried there, but does not mention John. I didn't find either one today.

I DID find:

E.C. Oberdorf 1866-1912 beside
Carrie M. Oberdorf died 1930

HUGE monument for Henry G. Oberdorf 1829-1913
including wife Sarah A, son Charles, and a Blanche Oberdorf. Henry was a civil war vet.

Joseph F Oberdorf 1863-1923 and his wife Margaret J 1863-1943. This Joseph would be a son of the John Christian I was expecting to be buried here. Joseph's brother John George is my Oberdorf line.

I have pics of all of these - htruck@alltel.net
