This is the same Arbella, not a niece.

Arbella is found in the 1850 census with her parents and in the 1880 census with brother John and sister Lucy.

Arbella married Joseph P. Weir on 26 Dec 1880. I haven't found her in 1900.

She appears in the 1910 Houston Co., TN census with her brother John, age 68, listed as married, but without James.
