I am researching the family of John and Penelope Lott Watts of Covington Co., MS. When John Watts estate was being settled in Lawrence Co., MS, W.B. Halloway was appointed Guardian Adlitim for Seaborn, Jacob, Thomas, John and Adelaide, the children of Thomas L. and Sarah Oates Watts.
Thomas L. Watts had died before 1866. Had their mother Sarah died also? Possibly, remarried? There was possibly another child, Julia A. Watts.
Who was W.B. Halloway? A cousin? What became of these children and their mother Sarah? Where is Thomas L. Watts buried? I will appreciate any help. Arlina
