Looking for info on Joseph W. Oates who married Emsey C. Oates. He died in Inkerman, WVA near the Bean Settlement outside Moorfield about 1912. We have heard that his middle name is Walker but can find no support. My research shows a Joseph William marrying a Possibly (hard to judge letters) a Emsey Catherine or Emily Catherine. Hope to find someone along his line who has him in a family bible or knows of his birth certificate.
Also Emsey married again for a short time after Joseph W. death in 1912, looking for her second husband name and dates.
Also looking for Burial locations of William, and Peter Oates who were Emsey C. Dad and Grandfather.
