Tough one... I usually fairly good with the Oates family....
Ok... so this is what I have..and we both will have to validate and correct...
Russell Walker - Married to - Emsey Oates(1879 - 1961) Married in 1924.
She was also married to William Oates in 1898... I dont have any details on him...
She was the daughter of Peter and Linnie Saville Oates. Peter was the son of William and Mary Frazier Oates... William is the sone of Jacob and Elizabeth Slonaker oates...And then of course we have Jacob and Catharina Hauver, and finally George and Anna Susanna Haber/Hauver buried at Apples Church in Frederick, MD. I believe I have their tombstones posted on findagrave.com.
