I too have a Laban Oaks in my family tree (married Susannah McKinny). I have no information on his parents or siblings, but I know his son's name is James McKinney Oaks (m. Jane Norton) and his son's name was James Franklin Oaks (m. Rachel Adaline Harp) and everything continuing. If you wanted some more information in that way, I'd be happy to help.
