There are no vital records for that period. (NY did not make vital records mandatory until the 1880's.) You may have better luck searching through Mary Ann's death record or through that of her son.
You may also want to send your request by email to the county historian's office through the Yates County GenWeb site. The family left this area so early on that I cannot be of much help. Sorry.
